Tasting Notes:  This coffee from the Fondo Paez grower cooperative in Cauca, Colombia comes at your palate strong. The flavor profile is carried by French vanilla and includes rich, juicy fruit such as Bing cherries and grapes. It finishes with the smoky sweetness of a flavored cigar and packs a higher level of acidity to ensure you are paying attention to what's in your cup. Drink this coffee anytime, anywhere.
Fragrance: 3.5 (honeydew melon, pear jellybeans, cherry)
Aroma: 3.5 (vanilla, cherry, pine)
Acidity: 4.00-4.25 (less tart green apple)
Sweetness: 3.5 (smells sweeter than it tastes)
Body: 3.5 (mostly thin, with a tiny bit of thickness)
